We at Organized Impressions purposefully take a “mini-model home” approach and help you ensure that your investment is ready to make a great first impression.
Each design plan and the question of which rooms should be staged is dependent on the individual needs of the property, the home’s architectural design style and whether or not staging the space will increase the potential value of your home or listing.
Our team of professionals’ handles everything, we will preview your property for picture taking and measurements, identify an ideal buyer profile, create a custom design plan, furniture & accessory selection, delivery & install to the quick removal once the property sells.

Consultations are the backbone of any staging plan! All of our occupied home staging services begin with our in-depth Prep To Sell Staging Consultation delivered by one of our Occupied Consultation Specialists™ who will be sharing all of our top staging techniques and coaching homeowners on the necessary steps to properly prepare their house for sale.
Together we will walk through the house with “Buyers Eyes” giving you specific instructions and detailing exactly how to edit, organize and stage your home to appeal to your ideal buyer profile. Your personal consultation report will leave you with a clear action plan and the “how-to” including how to prioritize your budget, what home features to highlight, a suggested color palette for new paint and/or art and accesories and how to lay out your furnishings for better photos and successful showings.
$250 for the first 2 hours at the property, which generally covers houses up to 3000 square feet. Larger homes may take more time. Additional hours are available for $75/hr. This is a stand-alone service, homeowners can choose to prepare the property for sale themselves or decide to hire us to complete the staging.

Our hands-on occupied home staging service is the process in which we will implement the solutions and staging techniques suggested in your customized Prep to Sell Staging Consultation using what is available throughout your house.
Optionally, we can shop for or provide you with a list of additional furnishings, artwork, and accessories complementing what is currently in the space. First impressions and the perceived value of the home means everything. We at Organized Impressions make use of the art and science of home staging and help ensure that your property has the competitive edge.
With an eye for detail and years of experience we will improve traffic flow throughout the home making it appear more spacious while drawing attention to the most valuable assets of the home such as the architectural details and focal points to appeal to targeted homebuyers.

After our Prep To Sell suggestions have been completed, one of our professional property stylists will come back and put the finishing touches in place just before your marketing photos are taken. Strong marketing photos help you stand out and strengthen your market position.
Staying during the photoshoot and our editiorial approach ensures not only that your furnishings appear to scale, are shot from the best angles and at varying depths but also that your marketing photos are “picture perfect.” From $295 for up to 3 hours.
FILL-IN SHOPPING: You hate shopping? Not enough time? Not to worry. Not only are we professional shoppers but we also know exactly what final touches you need to make your property sparkle. (i.e. bedding, lamps and/or light fixtures, pillows, throws, towels, simple art and other lifestyle accessories.) From $75/hr with a minimum of 2 hours.
